I help school owners and administrators make sense of the work ahead.

Before starting Joey Smith Consulting, I spent 25 years with the Florida Department of Education, including 23 years with the Commission for Independent Education. My experience included serving as CIE's Operations & Program Manager.

Today, I use that background to help private postsecondary institutions prepare applications, organize compliance materials, and address issues that can complicate a review.

My approach is practical and personal. You work directly with me to understand what needs attention, clarify the next steps, and prepare materials that fit together.
